It's crunch time in the Champions League as we take a look at the second leg play-off matches played in mid-week.Sevilla coach Antonio Alvarez insists his team have already forgotten about their 4-0 hammering by Barcelona at the weekend as they look to book their place in the Champions League group stage. The Primera Division outfit will look to overturn a 1-0 deficit when they host Portuguese side Braga in the second leg of their play-off, just three days after their Supercopa thumping at the Nou Camp. "We have the biggest game of the season tomorrow," Alvarez told Sevilla's official website. "We are ready and everything has been forgotten from Saturday. We are just thinking about tomorrow." Strikers Frederic Kanoute and Luis Fabiano both suffered minor knocks against Barca but are set to be fit to face Braga. One player Sevilla will not be able to rely on though is defender Sebastien Squillaci, who looks sets to seal a move to Arsenal. "He has found a team and prefers to leave," added lvarez. "Obviously we are moving to bring another player in." Werder Bremen take a 3-1 lead into the second leg of their tie against Sampdoria in Genoa, but conceding a late away goal last week and suffering injuries to important players have made their task much harder than it might have been. Giampaolo Pazzini's header has given the Italian side hope and Werder have been dealt a further blow with the news they have lost both Hugo Almeida and Aaron Hunt to injuries. "We have lost two very strong players who have a certain degree of experience with our system and in European competitions," said coach Thomas Schaaf, whose side were beaten 4-1 by Hoffenheim in their first game of the Bundesliga season at the weekend, before departing for Genoa today. "We have got to react to this. It hurts. We will have to see how we deal with it." Marko Marin should replace Hunt with Marko Arnautovic, who spent last season on loan with Samp's Serie A rivals Inter Milan, partnering Claudio Pizarro in the attack. Zenit St Petersburg defender Bruno Alves is confident of getting past Auxerre, with the Russians leading 1-0 from the home leg. The Portugal defender, who joined from Porto this summer, told the club website: "If we play as well in France as we did in St Petersburg then we can succeed. "At this stage of the Champions League there are no favourites, because in any given game anyone can beat anyone. "I know that we are a strong team, ready to deliver. A favourite or not, we will prove ourselves on the pitch." Also on Wednesday, Young Boys will look to pull off the biggest shock of the play-offs by knocking out Tottenham at White Hart Lane. The Swiss side lead 3-2 from the first leg, but the English side's two away goals put them in a strong position. Ajax take on Dynamo Kiev in Amsterdam with the tie level at 1-1 from the first leg. MSK Zilina, 2-0 up from the first leg, host Sparta Prague and Rosenborg travel to FC Copenhagen with a 2-1 advantage. On Tuesday, Moldovan side FC Sheriff welcome Basle, who are 1-0 up from the first leg, and Hapoel Tel-Aviv will look to finish the job at home to Salzburg, leading 3-2 from the away leg. Anderlecht take on Partizan Belgrade in Brussels, the Belgians with two away goals from the 2-2 draw in Serbia last week. MATCH PREVIEWSS.C Braga vs Sevilla FC
